Delivery & Returns Policy

We are only providing shipping to the United Kingdom. We are happy to announce “Free Delivery” within the United Kingdom on all orders that are over £30

If you place your order before 2 p.m. on a business day (Monday–Friday), then your package will be packed and shipped the same day. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, orders will be dispatched the next day. And it will be delivered as per the available shipping option:

  • Hermes Small Parcel (2–3 days) - £3.10
  • Yodel Express 48 POD (2–3 days) - £3.70
  • Royal Mail 48 tracked (2-3 days) - £3.75

If you place your order after 2 p.m. on a business day, then it will be dispatched the next day. And it will thus add an extra day to the delivery. 

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on public holidays, bank holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All orders made on these days will be dispatched the very next working day. 

Returns:

We only accept returns of the order if they meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing

Inform us via email with the following information regarding returns within 48 hours of receipt of the order. After evaluation we will guide you on how to send us a return:

  • Name
  • Postcode
  • Order Number
  • Issue with the products (send us snaps of the issue)
  • Snapshot of the shipment details of the parcel

Moreover, we are also unable to accept returns of any “Disposable Devices” due to authenticity and hygiene purposes. 

 Refunding:

If you do not want the product that you have just received or you notice that something is not up to the mark, then the product can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days.

Please note that we ONLY receive those products that are remains unopened and:

  • Still in its original shape.
  • Have original packaging.

When you have submitted your “Request to Return or Refund," and when we make a thorough scrutiny, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned or refunded item. In that email, or next, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that if we approve your refund, then we will make further proceedings, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days, or your account will be credited subject to your acceptance.

The postage cost will not be refunded, and customers will send us return products at their own cost.
